These initiatives target underprivileged groups, particularly women (60% of beneficiaries) and minorities (30%), addressing financial barriers—NEET coaching typically costs ₹50,000 plus per annum, while skill courses range from ₹10,000–₹20,000 approximately. Till now, the NGO has trained over 500 students and facilitated 200 plus job placements, demonstrating its impact on economic empowerment. Beyond education, it organizes health camps, providing free medical check-ups and awareness sessions, benefiting over 200 residents per camp at Balaganj area in lucknow city U.P .

SHIKSHA KAUSHAL AVM KALYAN ASSOCIATION operates with a ₹12 lakh turnover (2023-24) and ensures financial transparency through audited statements, building trust with stakeholders. Its 12-month project (June 2025–May 2026) aims to scale its impact by targeting 600 direct beneficiaries—360 women and 240 men—offering NEET prep for 150 students and skill training for 450 others, with a goal of securing 300 jobs. The project also includes career workshops, digital literacy camps, and Kaushal Melas to connect trainees with employers, promoting sustainable employment.

Indirectly, it will benefit 2,740–3,060 individuals, including families, future generations, and local businesses, through economic ripple effects and community awareness.The NGO leverages government schemes like Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) for skill training and Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao to empower women, while collaborating with the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) for job placements. Its inclusive approach addresses physical, literacy, gender, ability, religious, and cultural barriers by offering flexible schedules, multilingual instruction, and adaptive learning tools like braille materials. Technology is integrated through online training modules in a community digital lab, while nature-based solutions, such as planting trees around the training center, enhance the learning environment.With an authorized capital of ₹10 lakh and a paid-up capital of ₹1 lakh, the organization remains committed to its vision of holistic community development. By fostering education, skills, and employment, Shiksha Kaushal Avm Kalyan Association not only uplifts individuals but also strengthens the socio-economic fabric of Lucknow and associated areas around by creating a model for sustainable, inclusive growth in underserved regions.
